The Men’s Team exists to disciple, challenge, and equip men to live boldly for Christ in every area of life. Through men’s gatherings, Bible studies, accountability groups, retreats, and service projects, we call men to rise up as spiritual leaders in their homes, the church, and the world. At Ignite, we believe real men follow Jesus, pursue holiness, and fight for their families and faith. This ministry provides a brotherhood where men are sharpened, strengthened, and sent out to be kingdom warriors.

The Women’s Ministry at Ignite empowers women to grow in their faith, build godly relationships, and live boldly for Jesus. Through Bible studies, gatherings, retreats, and mentorship, we equip women of all ages and backgrounds to know their identity in Christ and walk in their calling. This is a place where women are seen, supported, and sent.

Prayer is the foundation of everything we do at Ignite Church. Our Prayer Ministry exists to lead the congregation in intentional, Spirit-led intercession. We believe that when God's people pray, mountains move, lives are changed, and heaven touches earth. Whether it's through weekly prayer gatherings, prayer teams during services, or intercessory coverage over ministry events, we fight our battles on our knees.

The Fellowship Ministry is all about building biblical community. We were never meant to do life alone. Through meals, gatherings, events, and intentional connection points, this ministry creates space for believers to form friendships, encourage one another, and live out Acts 2:42 in practical ways. True fellowship strengthens the body of Christ and deepens discipleship.

Our Care Ministry exists to come alongside people in times of need. Whether it's through hospital visits, meal trains, benevolence, counseling referrals, or simply being present, our team ministers the compassion of Christ to those who are hurting, grieving, or in crisis. We believe love looks like action, and care is how we show the heart of the Shepherd.

The Security Ministry ensures a safe and welcoming environment during every service and event. Our trained volunteers discreetly monitor the premises and respond to any potential threats with wisdom, vigilance, and care. This ministry protects both the physical and spiritual atmosphere, allowing families to worship with peace of mind.

Our Facilities Ministry takes care of the building and grounds so ministry can flourish in a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Whether it's setting up for events, repairing equipment, maintaining restrooms, or beautifying outdoor areas, their behind-the-scenes work plays a crucial role in creating a space where lives are transformed.

The Outreach Ministry takes the Gospel beyond the church walls and into the community. From serving local families in need to organizing mission trips, street ministry, and service projects, this team exists to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We’re passionate about making the name of Jesus known through love in action.

Our Usher Ministry ensures every service flows with order, excellence, and hospitality. From helping people find seats to distributing communion and facilitating offering, this team supports the spiritual environment by removing distractions and serving with joy. They create a space where worship can flourish.

The Welcome Team is the front line of Ignite’s hospitality. From the moment people pull into the parking lot to their first step inside, this team offers smiles, handshakes, and help to make everyone feel at home. More than greeters, they’re culture-setters who embody the warmth and welcome of Christ.

The Discipleship Ministry exists to help believers grow deeper in their walk with Jesus. Through Bible classes, one-on-one mentoring, training courses, and spiritual coaching, this ministry equips people to not only follow Jesus but help others do the same. Disciples make disciples, and this team leads the charge.

The Worship Ministry leads our church in lifting up the name of Jesus through music and praise. Every song is chosen to glorify God and lead people into a deeper awareness of His presence. With excellence and humility, our worship team prepares hearts for the Word and magnifies the greatness of God.

The Creative Team supports Ignites mission through technology and design. Whether it’s running sound, maintaining the website, managing the app, or producing media, this team amplifies the message of the Gospel with creativity and innovation. They ensure our church stays connected, clear, and Christ-centered across all platforms.
